On our team, this individual is the one responsible to you the homeowner -- committed to our well-known high standards and to delivering the level of service you expect. The key role of this leader is to understand completely the homeowners’ dreams and expectations, and to communicate them to the team that eagerly will produce the dream. Most builders assign this role to the Superintendent, usually a highly qualified tradesman. The person whose name is on the door is often too busy to be involved in the daily activity of building each individual home. That is simply not our style, because each individual home and each individual homeowner is our Reputation.
To ensure each of our homeowners has access to a team leader fitting our requirement, Jeff Powell has selected the area’s most talented and ethical Construction Managers to be his partners.
There are many other reasons for our success. We realize that pleasing the eventual occupant requires more than simply building a comfortable home. It requires delivering that home on time and on budget. An essential member of our team is the comptroller, who makes sure that you and your project get personal attention everyday to stay on schedule and within budget. We have fully computerized Marshal Builders, including state-of-the-art software to estimate, schedule, specify, and track construction progress.
Jeff has trained a valuable staff that works together to make sure your luxury custom home takes top priority in our company. The Construction Manager, who is on-site everyday, and the Comptroller, who is the lead team member in the office, are only as good as the rest of the team; so we have also assigned to your job a Selections Coordinator, who can organize and walk you through the hundreds of decisions and selections you will be making and revising.
